Outlook "Insufficient system resources to complete the requested service" with attachments

Hi gurus

In Outlook I am getting "Insufficient system resources to complete
the requested service" with any attachments. Can send using the Send
To in Word etc. NT4 SP6 Outlook 2000. Only Outlook running.
