Outlook Intergration add-in

Hello:
I am having trouble installing Outlook Integration Add-in. I have Outlook
2003 SP3 installed on my computer. When I go to PWA and to my "Personal
Settings" and click on "Setup Outlook Sync" - download and try to install the
Outlook add-in, the installation fails telling me that:

"Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 or newer must be installed before installing
this product"

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Walid,

I had the same issue. Fortunately, my company has MSDN license and I
upgraded to Office 2007. And issue automatically got resolved.

But can try this solution proviced by Microsoft.

I dont know if it works.

Thank you for replying but I still have the same issue. Microsoft indiates
that it should work with Outlook 2003 but it is not working for me. We
simply can not upgrade all our users to the new version of Office at this
point - and our users need this functionality. I hope someone can help.
