Outlook is not running ( The Oparation Failed )

after perfect installation of office 2003 and SP1 and for first time trying
to run outlook , I got an error cannit creat welcome message and aletr for
error says The Operation Failed, I ran Detect and repair, di-install and
re-install all were in vain. Can help please ? Thanks

Try creating a new mail profile in control panel, mail.
