Outlook is restarting my PC

Simple, when I start Outlook, first screen appears and then my PC
restarts... I tried to repair instalation, same thing happens... Have
someone some ideas about this?
Btw, is it enough to copy .pst files from Outllok dir to backup my email? If
so, I will try to uninstall Outlook and install it again, and if it work,
import .pst files and again create pop3 account.

Uninstalling OL doesnt touch the data files.
Importing native OL data files is not reccommended
Copying the data files, with OL closed, is a backup solution.
Check the Event Viewer for errors
