Outlook is still in the Tank

Can't get Outlook to load - HotSync or anything eles. It
tells me I need to insert a disk in the tray. Alas - no
disk. I have only the restore disks and I understand they
are erasers of data. NO GOOD. Here is the product number
that comes up on the spash screen when I try to use
OutLook. 54193 oem 1691873 77317.
Any suggestions. I asked a while back but then got too
busy to respond until it was too late.
Grace and peace, Chaplain Dave

Restore discs are'nt neccessarily the erasers of data, to be safe create a
backup of yr OL data file.
This is a *.pst file. Search to include hidden if you cannot find it or in
OL, Properties for Personal Folder/Advanced....for the path. - copy to cd or
different hd/partition.
oem means that it was supplied by yr sys.builder as apposed to MS.
Hopefully yr sys.supplier will have included OL in yr recovery discs. You
will have to check their contents.
I'm afraid however that not all sys.builders supply the required disks.
I dont believe MS will supply replacement discs if you have oem software
They regard it as yr suppliers
problem/duty to fix.
good luck
David
