This is proving a real problem and seems to be associated with using the
gmail pop service. I have double checked the settings. It is also possible
that sending message read receipts are something to do with it.
Outlook is constantly trying to send 4 messages at the moment yet none of
them appear in the outbox. If anyone can offer any suggestions I'd be
grateful.
