Outlook issue after upgradng to Adobe Acrobat 9

I have Office 2007 on Windows XP. I upgraded from Adobe Acrobat 6 to 9.

Now, I am experiencing the following problems in Outlook:

My personal folders will not load.
The preview panel for email will not load.
The content in email messages will not load.
The additional information in the event function in the calendar will not
load.

When i try to view any of these, it is as if the background and content is
not there. I can see whatever is on the screen that should be behind the
content.

Any suggestions?
