Hello
There are reply messages (most of them) that were sent by Lotus Notes and
they behave strangely: By opening the reply message, the original message put
by the initial sender is displayed, but the reply to his message is not. And
the message looks like his original message, sent to himself. Outlook (2000,
XP) is used as e-mail client.
After a while, sometimes, by re-opening the message or by forwarding it
(sometimes when you try to reply to it) the content of reply message written
by Lotus Notes client is displayed. Sometimes NOT.
All the available patches/updates were applied to Outlook (MS Office), but
no improvements seen.
Looking into the raw message (on the e-mail server) that reply text is there.
Are messages coming from Lotus Notes formatted /encoded in a way that it
is not understood by Outlook?
