it seems that sometimes some of our outlook clients will not pull down new
mail until the user clicks somewhere in the inbox, then mail starts flowing.
you can have the client window minimized and not recieve any mail... then
you can maximize it and click on an old email in the inbox and it will flow
in all the new messages.
this is intermittent and i can't seem to replicate it... just wondering if
anyone has covered this in the past.
