outlook junk filter

I have a customer that has a couple of mail accounts set
up in outlook 2003. The junk filter is set to high. If
any junk comes in on the non default account it first
appears to go to the junk email box and then is
transfered from the junk email folder to the folder
created for this account. It has a rule applied to
transfer all emails from the account to a given folder.
how do i stop the emails going from the junk folder to
the folder allowcated without permenantly deleting the
junk?

Many thanks

Tony

Tony,
I have the same problem, and nowhere have I found a reasonable solution.
One fix, albeit not what you want is to simply allow all mail to come into
the Inbox (make each rule for each account inactive). Then, all junk is
handled properly (it is sent to the junk mail folder). Now, all you have to
do is run Tools->Rules and Alerts->Run Rules Now. Like you, this seems to me
to be unnecessary and a problem worthy of a "fix". If you find out
otherwise, drop me a line.
