Outlook Junk Mail Folder

Hi,

All of my incoming mail is going to the Junk Mail Folder. There are a few
exceptions but most of my mail is going straight to that folder.

Is the solution to reset the junk mail and start again? Where do I do this?
I have been in customize, options, organization and although there are some
options I do not see the reset.
