Outlook Junk Mail

When emails are filtered to the JUNK MAIL folder, are
they automatically entered into my BLOCKED SENDERS list
or do I have to add them individually as in previous
versions of Outlook?

They are not automatically added to the Blocked Senders list. You would
need to do that.
