Outlook just blocked a necessary email attachment I received. Ho.

With the new Service Pack 2 my email attachments have now been blocked in
Outlook 2000. That is fine for folks who are unfamiliar with attachments.
However, I don't want that setting as I don't need Outlook blocking necessary
attachments. I tried to find some info on the web but couldn't find it. Any
help? I am running XP.
