Outlook Keeping Early Draft of E-mail In Outbox After E-Mail Sent

Problem: Seemingly at random throughout the day an early draft of the
e-mail that the user is working on will stay in the Outbox even after the
e-mail is sent and has been confirmed as delivered. This e-mail is not even
the final draft of what the user can pull up in their Sent Items, but an
earlier edited work.

Additional Information:
1) It does not happen to every e-mail
2) It happens to e-mail with and without attachments of all types
3) It all cases so far that I've been able to track down the final draft of
the e-mails have been delivered
4) We have two different users experiencing it so far with more probably
not reporting it yet if they have it because they do not normally check the
outbox folder for anything. We'll be conducting spot checks shortly to see
if we find more users that might be affected by this problem
5) This problem started around the third week of November
6) Checked the Tools, Options, E-mail Options, Advanced E-mail Options and
the Save Drafts to is set to the drafts folder for the two users in question
7) The two users in question are very difficult to work with so asking them
if/when they notice the problem happening or about what was happening at the
time it occurred is next to impossible.
8) We are using the TrendMicro Officescan product, latest version

Anyone know what might be going on? Addition information I can provide? Any
help would be appreciated.

Jon
