we keep our outlook running in the background all day with it setup to do an
auto send and receive every 5 min then after awhile outlook will come up
asking for a password to the pop mail server which is set right and if you
hit ok it just pops right backup and if you cancle it returns an error now if
you shut down outlook for like a min or two or reboot it will be fine for
awile any help would be apricated
