Outlook keeps asking to except license

I have done a clean install of Windows 7 and Office 2003 and when I start
Outlook it asks me to except the licensing agreement every time. I have
activated both Windows 7 and Office 2003 so is there something I need to set
or do to stop it asking every time outlook is started? I don't know if it
does it when I start Word just because I didn't think to check.

Not sure if this will work for you, but temporarily turn off UAC. Start the
office program to accept EULA and then turn UAC back on.
