Outlook keeps sending an email that isn't there ...

My outbox is empty, yet on 2 of my email addresses, Outlook keeps trying to
send a message. How do I get rid of this. I ended up removing the addresses
completely from Outlook and then put them back in but as soon as I check my
email it tries to send the non-existent email again. Any suggestions?
