Outlook Keeps unexpectedly closing down

My email keeps shutting down in the middle of everything.
Then, when I try to bring it back up, it gives the error message: "Data
File Personal Folder was not closed properly, checking for errors" But it
never fixes anything...

Tried the Detect and Repair - no changes

HELP!

Common reasons why posts are not answered:

1. Posters omit Outlook version.
2. Posters omit clear description of problem, e.g., "Help, my Outlook will not send!"
3. Posters use the subject line as the complete description.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, JT asked:

Hi JT,

Were you able to fix your problem? I'm experiencing exactly the same problem and I have no idea how to fix it ...
