Outlook Launch Error

I get the following error message: An OLE registration
error occurred. The proram is not correctly installed.
Run Setup again for the program.

I have reinstalled Outlook several times. I would even
removed everything and reinstalled. I got the same error
message. Does anyone have any suggestions?
