Outlook Launch Problem After Hibernation Mode

The hibernation function seems to cause a problem with launching outlook
after the hibernation occurs. The task manager shows outlook application
open when attempting to assess why the program will not launch, even though
the program was closed prior to the hibernation. Any ideas?

You need to post your operating system and version of OL. For instance, Vista
has problems with Hibernation. Also you could be having problems with Outlook
not shutting down properly at any time. Have you tried hibernating without
closing OL? Hibernation stores all windows and programs and resumes
everything after waking.
