I have set up a new Domain User on a new computer running WinXP, connected the computer to the server which is running SBS2003, installed Outlook 2003, etc... However, when this user tries to open Outlook on his computer, Outlook tries to create a pst file for him, even though there is only one default Exchange mail profile (and the backup Exchange profile). Outlook will not link to his Exchange mailbox.
*When the Administrator logs onto the same computer, Outlook automatically links her to her Exchange mailbox.
*When the user logs onto a different network computer, Outlook automatically links him to his Exchange mailbox.
*All other users were automatically linked to their Exchange mailboxes the first time they opened Outlook.
*What's wrong with this one?
I would really appreciate any suggestions to solve this issue. Thanks.
