Within Outlook I can see that on public folders there is the option when you
right click to send a link to a folder. However, I have a group mailbox with
permission set for other users. I want to send out an e-mail daily that has
a link to one of the folders in the group mailbox but as it is not a public
folder the option is greyed out. Can anyone suggest a solution? Thanks
