All links in outlook e-mails started pointing to

ago. Does anyone know what's causing this. I tried a few Winsocket
repair utilities with no success.
Well, lets start with something.
Do you mean that when you hover over a url in Outlook, it shows as
http://"/,
or just that when you click a url that is formed properly that your web browser
ends up taking you to
http://"/?
