A similar question to before but it wasn't answered.
I have organised my Outlook Live contacts with correct Instant Messenger
addresses in the correct box. When I add these contacts to messenger another
duplicate entry is created in Outlook Contacts.
For example [email protected] is added to MSN and Outlook then an entry of
xxx123 is created in Outlook with the same email address.
But it does not happen every time !
Confused.
