Outlook loads automatically on login

I run XP and when I login Outlook loads automatically. I want to disable
this feature at login - I don't always want to check email when I logon and I
find this a distraction. I feel really stupid but after several attempts I
still can't figure out where to disable this feature. Can anyone point me in
the right direction?

Check your program menu & look at what shortcuts are in the Startup folder.
Delete the Outlook shortcut if you find it.

Thanks for the suggestion. I looked and there is no shortcut for Outlook in
the Startup folder. I have run msconfig and if the program is on that list I
can't identify it there either. I still want to disable this feature!!!
Please help!
