Outlook locks user account

Everytime I exit Outlook it locks my domain account and
the next time I open Outlook is asks for the username,
password and domain name. Though I give them correctly I
cannot log in. Also, When I restart my account has been
locked.

I am using Windows 2000 + Outlook 2003
