When opening Outlook, or changing emails or folders,
Outlook locks up temporarily for about 30-40 seconds. Upon
opening task manager, the Applications tab shows two
instances of Outlook running and both are Not Responding.
When it ceases to lock up, the second instance disapprears
and the first one's status retuns to Running. I've tried
uninstalling and rebooting, removing all traces in the
registry and reinstalling and the same thing keeps
happening. Needless to say, it's ungodly irritating and I
can't seem to figure out what's causing it. None of the
other Office 2003 apps do this.
