Outlook Login Issues / Possible Password Authentication Issues

Hi All,

I've got a remote user who has to enter his credentials multiple times
before the is able to login into the e-mail. He is accessing the
Exchange server via a vpn tunnel. I've check the settings in Outlook to
"remember" his username and password, but this issue continues to be a
problem. Your thoughts on the issue?
