Outlook Loosing Network connectivity - One User Only

I have one user that is having a huge problem with outlook

when ever they use this either on alocal machine or on a terminal
server there outlook will pop up that it has lost connectivity to the
exchange mail server.

the physical connection is still there but this person always gets
disconnected messages from exchnage

The outlook is configured to not use cached exchnage mode and so
should not be having any effect on this and also the timeout is there
- this user also gets th emessage when logged on to a temrinal
server.

no other users are effected

I have also recreated the users profile for the dekstop and terminal
server but still the error message comes back
