We are running Exchange Server 2003 in an active/passive cluster with
Outlook 2003 SP1 clients.
We have noticed that if an email is saved to the drafts folder before it is
sent, once the email is actually sent the copy of the email stored in Sent
Items does nt contain any receipient information.
Using System Manager>Tools>Message Tracking I can see the local delivery's
and multiple Message transferred to host.domain.com (our smarthost's name).
Any assistance on this issue would be appreciated as it is part of our Risk
Management practive to put a printed copy of substantive emails onto the
client file, but the printed copy does not show all recipients.
