Outlook Mac 2001 & Exhange 2003 Lockup

Hi all,

I have a serious problem with Outlook 2001 Mac since we upgraded to
Windows 2003/Exchange 2003. Each Mac is running OS 9.1 or 9.2.

Each time an Outlook Mac client connects to the mail server, it is able
to see and retrive mail for about 60 sec. The watch then comes up and
it then locks up the machine. You can force quit Outlook and the
machine is released long enough to do a restart. If you don't restart
it will bomb shortly.

The machines network connection stops when Outlook locks up (no
response to a ping) until Outlook is force quit. Then the network
activity resumes.

The Exchange server is a Domain Controller and a DNS server.

I have ensured that DNS setting and the TCP/IP Settings are correct and
fuctioning (tested via MacTCP watcher).

I have deleted and recreated all the profiles multiple times. I have
reinstalled Outlook from CD after deleting all preference files. I
have even plugged a mac directly into the Server with a cross over
cable and connected and the same thing happens.

Any Suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks in advance.
