Outlook Mail 2007 with Windows - 7

Can anyone tell me if Outook 2007 is compatible with Windows - 7? I
have recently converted over to Windows - 7 and messages that I have
attempted to send from Outlook mail seem frozen in my outbox.

What does "converted to Windows 7" mean?
How did you migrate your Outlook data and settings to a new OS?
