outlook mail does not have a send spot?

I have cable connection with mail. I want to send photos attached to my
e-mail. Outlook Express comes up with, The Host "SMTP" could not be found,
verify account "HTTP" server "SMPT" protocol SMTP port 25 Secure (SSL) No.
Socket Error 0x800CCCOD. Can explain to me how or where my best place to go
to for help so I can enable Outlook. I signed up for Microsoft 2003 60 day
free and it looks great. I have mail but only to the point where I am ready
to send the mail and photo and then there is no place to hit send. Or I get
to send and I get that message the host "SMTP" could not be found. ?? I
have JPG. I have brothers in other parts of the country and I would love to
send photos. Thank you very much.

SMTP is not the mail server. You need to find out what the correct pop3 and
smpt settings are for your mail provider.
