Hi there,
I'm trying to find a way to make these rules in outlook (2000) a bit
better. Are there any good third party tools that could help here. I
just need some sort of macros to help with repetitive things. The most
important one right now are:
- mark all messages in a folder (deleted items in this case) as being
read
- move messages from the send items folder into the appropriate user
folder after being sent. I tried a few approaches on this one to
create a rule but it created more damage then good (duplication of
message, marking them as unread and all sorts of side effects)
Surely there must be some smart tools around that 'learn' the common
actions and do them automatically.
