Using Windows XP Home and Outlook 2002. Mails with
attachments will not go to the 'Sent items', but remain in
the 'Outbox'.
After some testing, I found out that the recipients do
receive the mails, so it's quite unclear for the sender
whether or not the recipients received the mails.
I uninstalled & reinstalled Office (and thus Outlook), but
that didn't solve the problem.
