Hello
As I am still trying to get out of using OE and trying to make the switch
over to Outlook I wondered if someone could help me with a couple of
probably obvious problems.
firstly, How do I know which email account I have used to email someone and
how do I change which account I use as the 'from' address. ????
Also, I am trying to activate and set up new 'rules' associated with my
email. I imported my OE rules over and all the folders etc but as with the
adding of new rules I keep getting the following message after I have set
the rule up..........
"A Value in the 'rule description' box has not been set. To set a value
click underlined words at the bottom of the rules wizard............"
I have checked this and all boxes, underlined words have been set but it
still throws this up. If I exit the rules wizard all my new rules are
missing.
I am trying to set up a rule that will send all email with *** SPAM *** in
the header into a seperate folder but everytime I try the above message
comes up.
I am using Windows ME and Outlook 2000
Many Thanks
Steve
