Outlook Mail Rules

Hi All,
Using MS Outlook 2003.
Is there any way to create a mail rule which is run when receiving an email
which has been sent to more than a certain number of recipiants.

I want to filter out the corporate announcements and dump them in a read
later folder.

No, but you can use "with words in the header" to filter these items to a
folder that you can check later.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
