I upgraded a user from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003 SP1.
Now when a new email is composed and sent, it just sits in the outbox.
This user has normal "domain user" rights in the domain, but when I give the
user administrator rights the mail sends fine.
Below is the event viewer info:
Event Type: Information
Event Source: Outlook
Event Category: None
Event ID: 27
Date: 11/04/2005
Time: 08:55:58
User: N/A
The operation failed.
What is wrong here?
