When Outlook is opened all messages currenlty in outlook
are marked as READ. This is before any new messages are
retreived. Also, preiodically outlook automatically,
without ANYTHING else happening, mark all messages as
READ.
Outlook 2002 running in a netowrk exchange environment on
an IBM thinkpad with XP.
I've already applied all Xp and Office patches and
updates.
Tried deleting the users outlook profile and creating a
new one with a defferent name.
Checked all setting for the preveiw pane to make sure
nothing would mark messages as READ for any reason.
