Whenever I get a meeting request I open the email to look at the details of
that request. I then minimize the e-mail and check my calendar on that date
to ensure I have no conflicting appointments, however, I noticed that Outlook
automatically places that meeting invitation on my calendar as a Tentative
Appointment without me even accepting the invitation. Is there any way to
turn that feature off?
