My Outlook 2000 had a strange problem.
Everytime I start outlook, everything works fine.
But after I switch to other windows/program, and came back to Outlook after a while,
the menu and the tool bar stops reponding. It neither respond to mouse click, nor to
the shortcut key (like Alt-F etc.) The context menu of the right click of mouse dosn't
come up either. But I can only use left click to navigator in Inbox, calendar, etc.
I have to close outlook and restart it again in order to bring it back to normal.
Anyone could help me out? Thanks.
BTW, I'm using Windows 2000 Pro, with Microsoft Office 2000, Outlook 2000,
with all the patches applied. I've tried to reinstall office 2000, which doesn't help
at all.
