I would like to place an icon on my menu bar which when clicked deletes all
emails in my Junk Folder without moving them first to the deleted folder.
Can anybody advise me how I could do this?

Why would that be any easier that right-clicking the Junk E-mail folder and
choosing "Empty Junk E-mail Folder"?
