Outlook message containing links with spaces in them

If you send an e-mail with a link such
as "\\servername\sharename\directory name", the link
underline stops at the end of the word directory. It
ignors the remainder part of the link. Is there away to
correct that issue?

Place it between < and > so it will show up as;
< \\servername\sharename\directory name >
(but of course without the spaces between the < and > but otherwise this
turned into a link)
