Outlook Message Rule "Copies" Instead of Moves?

Hi, All

I have 12 rules on my Outlook mailbox in Exchange, 8 of which are "client
only" rules. Few of them seem to work particularly well, but I thought that
the best thing would be to try and sort them out one by one.

As far as I know, all those rules that don't work are client only rules.
The one that this particular message relates to is a rule which says

"Apply this rule after the message arrives
with `support' in the recipient's address
move it to the `Support Requests' folder"

I have prioritised this rule so that it is the third rule from the top - the
first two are rules that delete messages to my "Deleted Items" folder.
(Those rules appear to work)

When a message comes in addressed to our "Support" e-mail address, it seems
that only a *copy* of the e-mail to "Support Requests." I see two folders
with unread messages, both the "Inbox" and "Support Requests." Both folders
have the same message.

Any ideas?

Hi, Ben

I've done that before (That rule used to permanantly delete). Unfortunately,
what that does is prevents any of my subsequent rules from firing. :-(
