Outlook -- message stuck in the outbox

I have a message stuck in the outbox -- size 5MB -- will not send
and I can not deduct -- any suggestions?

Start your computer w/out any type of (or the ability to start a dialup)
network connection. At this point you should be able to start Outlook. Let
it fail the send/receive. You should be able to delete the message at this
point. If not, then some additional methods can be found here.
