outlook messages high importance

Helo,
I have an issue with an end user that has Outlok 2003. All of her messages
in the inbox suddenly were flagged as high importance. Before this happened,
some of the messages were marked as high, but now, all of them are. Is there
some key combo that she could have hit to cause this? Is there a way to undo
this on multiple messages and not individually? Any help is apprecited.

You can create a rule that marks all messages with Normal importance and
choose to run the rules on the selected folder.

Thanks. That worked out great. Still wondering how all of the messages got
high importance at one time.
