Outlook / Microsoft Windows Mail?

Is Outlook 2007 the same product as Microsoft Windows Mail?

It looks to me as if they are used interchangeably and it is very confusing.

They both can be used for e-mail but they are completely different products.

It was more confusing when Windows Mail was called Outlook Express, which
also had nothing to do with Outlook.
