outlook model

a few years ago i could keep a message as amodel and retrieve it
now in outlook 2003 I don,t see it, is it still possible

yes , I used to be able to keep the general content of a message and use it
as a model for future use and retrieving in file as a model. now i have no
idea where to go?

this!
so what i said was:
I used to create amodel email and store it as amodel then i could retrieve
in file
now I do not know where to go

so what i said was:
I used to create amodel email and store it as amodel then i could
retrieve in file
now I do not know where to go

It's called a template. There are a couple of things you can do. One is to
create an email of the type you want and save it in the Drafts folder.
Then, when you want to sent it, open the Drafts and forward the message.
Since you saved it with no recipient, you'll get the chance to add one and
make any other mods to the message you wish. You can then send it. By
forwarding, the copy in the Drafts folder will always remain there.

thank you the foward is a good idea, but definitely they use to be away to
save a model or template and retrieve it directly!
