outlook.msi not found on cd or hard drive

When installing the SR-2 for MS Outlook 2002, prompted to
search Outlook installation cd for outlook.msi file.
Have performed a search on installation cd and hard
drive, can't find this file.
I have to abort installation.
Help!!
