Outlook MSO.DLL error

When attaching a file to email Outlook shuts down are restarts evertime. I
unistall reinstalled, deleted user profile and upgraded Office.

Please Help

This is what shows up in the event viewer for the error:

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.5510.0, stamp 3f1380f0,
faulting module mso.dll, version 11.0.5606.0, stamp 3f334cce, debug? 0, fault
address 0x001befb5.

You didn't indicate which version of Outlook. Do an
Advanced Google search. attachment in the first line and
mso.dll in the exact phrase line. Seems that you aren't the
first to have this problem.
